GETTING STARTED

Start with the decision that matters most.

Describe the business problem, confirm the company context, add the evidence that matters, and let Morrow guide the first decision cycle.

1. Describe the problem
Begin with the most important unresolved business question.

Open the workspace and describe, in your own words, the decision you need to make. Morrow uses that to structure the first cycle.

2. Confirm what Morrow understands
Review the company, customer, offer, objective, and current problem.

Morrow proposes an initial reading of your company context. You confirm or correct it before any recommendation is produced.

3. Add the evidence that matters
Answer a focused question, add a note, upload a supported file, or provide a URL.

Only add the evidence relevant to the current decision. Morrow keeps sources linked to the findings they support.

4. Review and approve
Review the constraint, experiment, brief, and resulting decision.

Nothing consequential enters the company record until you approve it. Overrides and reasoning are captured with the decision.
