TRUST CENTER

Clear controls for consequential company information.

Morrow is designed to protect company context, separate evidence from inference, control access to workspaces, and keep founders responsible for final decisions. This page is an informational overview of current, app-visible practices — it is not a contract and does not claim independent certification.

Authentication and access
Verified sign-in and company-scoped access.

Access requires an authenticated account. Sign-in is available through Google and email. Company membership determines which workspaces a user can see, and role and permission checks are enforced server-side.

Isolation
Company records are scoped to the company.

Company records are isolated per workspace. Row-level policies are applied so that authorized members see only their own company's data.

AI transparency
AI structures reasoning; founders approve decisions.

AI is used to organize company context, compare evidence, identify uncertainty, and draft structured recommendations. Inference is labeled and can be corrected. Morrow does not autonomously make binding business decisions.

Human approval
Consequential actions require an authorized user.

Constraints, experiments, and decisions enter the company record only after an authorized user confirms, modifies, or rejects them.

Source provenance
Sources, records, and history are kept separate.

Raw sources, derived records, and conversation history are stored separately so authorized members can inspect, export, or remove them independently.

Founder controls
Export, archive, and deletion controls.

Authorized members can export company records, archive companies, and request deletion. Deletion is processed subject to operational and legal retention constraints described in the Privacy Policy.

Payments
Payment information is processed by Stripe.

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. Morrow does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Stripe's own certifications apply to Stripe's services, not to Morrow.

Transactional email
Account and workflow emails.

Morrow sends transactional email for authentication, invitations, decision sharing, billing status, and account communications. Marketing bulk messaging is not sent from this system.

Reporting
Security and privacy contact.

Report a security concern or privacy request to support@meetmorrow.ai. Where useful, include reproduction detail and impact.
