Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes how Morrow collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Morrow decision workspace. Read together with the Terms of Use and the plain-language Data & Privacy overview.
This policy covers information processed through the Morrow web application at meetmorrow.ai, its subdomains, and directly related APIs, emails, and workflows. It does not cover third-party sites or services linked from Morrow.
- Account information — name, email, authentication identifiers, and preferences.
- Company content — the products, offers, customers, evidence, experiments, decisions, notes, uploaded files, and imported context a member adds to a company workspace.
- Product usage information — actions taken in the app, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Billing information — plan, subscription state, invoices, and billing contact. Full payment card numbers are processed and stored by Stripe, not by Morrow.
- Communications — support requests, feedback, and email interactions with Morrow.
- Technical and device information — such as IP address, browser and device details, and coarse location for security and operational purposes.
- Referral and attribution information — such as referral or invitation codes present when a visitor arrives at Morrow, used to operate approved referral and affiliate programs.
- Applicant information — information submitted through the affiliate application form or the contact form.
- Directly from you when you create an account, use the workspace, upload or import content, communicate with support, or submit a form.
- From your organization or company members who invite you or add content to a shared workspace.
- Automatically from your device and use of the service, including cookies and similar technologies.
- From service providers that support authentication, hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, or AI processing.
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the decision workspace.
- Authenticate members and enforce company-scoped access.
- Produce AI-assisted analyses, experiments, and structured recommendations in the requesting company's workspace.
- Send transactional email for authentication, invitations, decision sharing, billing status, feedback, and account communications.
- Process billing and subscription lifecycle events with Stripe.
- Operate approved referral, invitation, and affiliate programs.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
When AI features run, relevant company content is transmitted to one or more configured model providers through Morrow's AI gateway so the provider can produce the response returned to the workspace. The specific provider, model, and configuration used for a given request may change over time. Whether the applicable provider retains inputs for training depends on that provider's contract and configuration and is not guaranteed to be disabled for every provider.
- With other authorized members of your company workspace, as described in the app.
- With recipients you explicitly invite or with whom you share a Decision Memo link.
- With service providers that process information on Morrow's behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.
- To comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Morrow, customers, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
- Cloud application hosting and edge delivery.
- Managed database, authentication, and file storage.
- Payments processing (Stripe).
- Transactional email delivery through Morrow's managed email infrastructure.

- Product analytics and error monitoring where enabled.
Morrow uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain session state, secure the service, remember preferences, and support basic product analytics used to operate and improve the service. Morrow does not sell personal information.
Company content is retained while the company exists in Morrow and while needed to provide the service. Archived companies remain accessible to authorized members. On deletion, content is removed from active systems on an ongoing basis; residual copies may persist in backups and operational logs for a limited period, and may be retained where required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements. Account, billing, communications, referral, and audit records may be retained for as long as needed for those purposes.
Morrow applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See the Security page for more detail.
Morrow and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside. Where required, Morrow uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
- You may access and update account information through your account settings.
- Authorized members may export company records and archive or delete companies through the app.
- You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@meetmorrow.ai. Morrow verifies requests before acting on them.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as to object to or restrict certain processing or to appeal a decision on your request.
Morrow is intended for business use by adults. Morrow does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to Morrow, contact support@meetmorrow.ai.
Morrow may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, law, or operations. Material changes will be communicated through the app, the changelog, or by email before they take effect where reasonably possible.
