Terms of Use
Terms of Use.
These terms govern use of the Morrow decision workspace and related services. By using Morrow, you agree to these terms. Where these terms and a separately signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Eligibility and account
Who can use Morrow.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into these terms.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your account.
- Morrow is intended for authorized business use in the context of a company workspace.
Company workspaces and members
How company access works.
- A member who creates or owns a company workspace is responsible for who they invite and for the role assigned to each member.
- Owners and admins can add, remove, and change the role of members subject to plan entitlements.
- Invitations are sent to a specific email address and can be revoked or resent by an authorized member.
Your content and licenses
You own what you provide.
- You retain ownership of the company content, files, notes, and imported context you provide to Morrow.
- You grant Morrow a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service for you and your company members.
- You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload, import, or share the content you provide.
- Company content is treated as confidential to your company and is not shared with other customers.
AI-generated output
You review and approve.
- Morrow uses AI to organize context and generate structured recommendations. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them and for the decisions you approve.
- Morrow is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
What is not permitted.
- Do not use Morrow to violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, or process content you have no right to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or rate limits; do not probe, scan, or reverse engineer the service outside an authorized program.
- Do not use Morrow to send unsolicited bulk communications, distribute malware, or interfere with other customers.
- Do not misrepresent your relationship with Morrow or make guaranteed-result claims about the service.
Third-party services and integrations
You choose what to connect.
- Third-party services and integrations are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; Morrow does not store full payment card numbers.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
How subscriptions work.
- Paid plans and their entitlements are described on the Pricing page and in your billing settings.
- Subscriptions renew for the period selected until cancelled through billing settings or by contacting support@meetmorrow.ai.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
- On downgrade to a free plan, historical company records are preserved; access to plan-restricted features and to some members may be limited until the plan is reactivated or restored, as described in the app.
- Morrow does not offer a general right of refund except where required by law or where separately agreed in writing.
Referral and affiliate programs
Program terms apply.
- Customer referrals and affiliate participation are subject to the applicable program terms, including new-customer eligibility, attribution, activation, paid-subscription, and qualification-period requirements.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and manipulated attribution are not eligible.
Suspension and termination
When access can be limited or ended.
- Morrow may suspend or terminate access if terms are breached, if use threatens the security or availability of the service, or if required by law.
- You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app or by contacting support@meetmorrow.ai.
- On termination, company content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Morrow retains rights in the service.
- Morrow and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including the software, models, prompts, workflows, brand, and documentation.
- Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by Morrow to operate and improve the service without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
Service provided as is.
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morrow disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Morrow applies reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate for your situation.
Changes to these terms
Notice of material changes.
- Morrow may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or operations.
- Material changes will be communicated through the app, the changelog, or by email before they take effect where reasonably possible.
